jOKER fiBER TERMS OF SERVICE FOR RESIDENCE

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

WELCOME TO jOKER fiBER.

Thanks for using internet service, VOIP, Digital TV, Live CCTV Streaming, WIFI, ILL, VPN, Video on demand services under the name of jOKER fiBER.

The jOKER fiBER is a brand name owned by BASS JOKERNET PRIVATE LIMITED registered at Navalur Kuttapattu, Tiruchirappalli 620009 and corporate office located at NO 3, Mary Thozhilagam, 3rd Street, Cross Street, Alpha Nagar, RMS Colony, Tiruchirappalli 620001.

The following terms are applicable to residential customers. For small business or industries the terms of service listed on the business terms of service will applicable.

PLANS

The residential plans are advanced rental plans, the detailed list of plans are listed in the website. Customer can change the plan at any time accordingly the proportionate charges will be levied.

REGISTRATION

Registration of the user on the website is mandatory. The user agrees and undertakes at all times to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and user id, and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur by use of such password or user ID. Further, the user agrees not to use any other party's user ID and password for any purpose whatsoever regardless of any authorization from such party.

The user agrees to use the services provided by jOKER fiBER, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only.

USER AGREEMENT

The user agrees to provide authentic and true information. jOKER fiBER reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation such user details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), jOKER fiBER has the right in its sole description to reject the registration and debar the user from using its services without prior intimation whatsoever.

The user agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate and complete information about himself and his beneficiaries as prompted by the registration form on the website; and (b) maintain and promptly update the registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

RESALE AND REDISTRIBUTION

The services are intended to be used by you, your family member and other users at your premises. You agree not to resell or repackage the services or otherwise make them available to anyone outside of your premises.

SECURITY

jOKER fiBER makes an effort to keep its network secure, but no network security is perfect. While jOKER fiBER may provide technical assistance to you, you are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures when using the services, including taking whatever steps are necessary to ensure that your data is not accessed by unauthorized third parties. jOKER fiBER is not responsible for any damages to users of the services that may be caused by unauthorized third parties.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE TELEPHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES FROM jOKER fiBER AND ITS AFFILIATES

jOKER fiBER or its affiliates may seek to contact you by telephone or SMS text message at the landline and/or mobile phone numbers that you have provided to us. These communications may be about your jOKER fiBER account, responses to inquiries that you have made to us, or for other purposes, including marketing messages about other goods or services provided by jOKER fiBER or its affiliates. These calls or SMS text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system and may include the use of prerecorded or artificial voices. Please note that you may be responsible for any charges from your telephone provider for these calls or SMS text messages.

If you do not wish to receive these optional calls and SMS text messages, you do not have to do so. Your consent to receiving these calls and SMS text messages is not required in order to purchase or receive any jOKER fiBER Services. To revoke your consent to receive telephone calls and SMS text messages, please let us know. The easiest way is by changing your settings in My Account under "subscriptions", or by calling our customer service team at+91-9380500600.

ELIGIBILITY FOR jOKER fiBER SERVICES

You may apply for jOKER fiBER Services online at http://jokerfiber.com. Although jOKER fiBER works with vision to bring internet everywhere, jOKER fiBER works to make service to available to as many people as possible as quickly as we can. jOKER fiBER reserves the right to determine whether any services made available to particular area or address.

You may be required to pay a service installation fee or other similar fee in connection with signing up for Services. Your payment of a any fee for services to be provided at a particular address does not obligate jOKER fiBER to provide any Services to a particular area or address. jOKER fiBER's fees are subject to change.

If jOKER fiBER found that the address at which you receive services is not a residential purpose or address, jOKER fiBER may require you to opt for the change of type of account in order to continue the services. This change may include an increase in any fee for the Services.

jOKER fiBER INSTALLATION

You agree to provide jOKER fiBER with all necessary access to the premises at the address where you sign up for Services to be installed (referred to as "your residence" below) so that the equipment necessary for you to receive the Services may be installed and configured. You agree that jOKER fiBER may install equipment on the exterior and interior of your residence (including but not limited to laying underground conduit and/or affixing equipment to the outside of your residence) at any reasonable location. You also agree that jOKER fiBER may use, and that you have the necessary permissions to approve jOKER fiBER's use of, existing facilities, including existing wiring in and around your residence, to complete the installation services.

If you rent or otherwise do not own your residence, you may be asked to provide written evidence that you have received all permissions necessary for jOKER fiBER to perform installation services. If jOKER fiBER incurs any costs or losses, including attorneys' fees, because you did not get the necessary authorization(s) for jOKER fiBER to install the equipment required for the Services, you are responsible for reimbursing jOKER fiBER for those costs or losses.

Acceptance of these Terms does not guarantee that jOKER fiBER will install or provide any Services. We may need a separate agreement with you or your landlord in order to install the Services.

jOKER fiBER EQUIPMENT

jOKER fiBER may provide or rent various pieces of equipment to you in connection with the Services. If you lose or damage this equipment after installation, jOKER fiBER may charge you a fee for replacement equipment. Equipment fees are subject to change.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on our website, jOKER fiBER owns all equipment provided by jOKER fiBER in connection with the Services. From time to time, jOKER fiBER may offer you equipment that you may purchase in connection with the Services under separate terms to be provided with such equipment.

You authorize jOKER fiBER to install software upgrades on any equipment provided by jOKER fiBER. You also agree not to use the jOKER fiBER equipment for any purpose other than using the Services.

UTILIZATION OF jOKER fiBER SERVICES

You agree to use the jOKER fiBER services for legal purpose and not to misuse it for illegal, are improper, infringe the rights of others, or adversely impact others' enjoyment of the Services. You are responsible for all activity on the Services, whether such activity is undertaken by you or someone else authorized by you.

ONLINE SAFETY FOR MINORS

jOKER fiBER is committed to online safety for minors, and complies with all applicable laws related to protecting minors online. This includes reporting cases of child abuse or exploitation of missing to the Statutory Authorities.

BILLING AND PAYMENT

You agree to pay any and all applicable fees for the services you purchase, whether ordered by you, someone authorized by you or someone with access to the services pursuant to your jOKER fiBER account.

jOKER fiBER will send all bills and other notices by email to the address mentioned in your KYC. You may access or change this address through jOKER fiBER website or mobile app account. You agree to pay recurring monthly service fees in advance of the billing cycle in which you will receive the Services. jOKER fiBER will bill one time charges for VAS activated by you, in the billing cycle following your authorization of such charges.

If payment is not received after the due date i.e., 15 days from the date of billing for any reason, jOKER fiBER suspend or terminate the services. For restoring the service, you may need to pay additional late payment fees as mentioned in the bill.

CHANGE OF SERVICE

You may change the service at any time, but you may be required to pay sum of 1499/- for change of address if new address is different from the current building.

The fees for service upgrades or added packages will be changed based on prorated from the activation date. Any services or packages that you subscribe will be available until the end of the billing cycle in which the request received, no prorated credits or refunds will be issued for services removed as part of a downgrade.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

You may terminate service at any time, but you may be required to pay sum of 1499/- if you are not completed at least one year billing i.e., 12 months services. You may also be required to return all of the jOKER fiBER equipment. If you do not return this equipment, you may be required to pay for the equipment's.

If you request cancellation of all your services, your services will be available until the cancellation performed. Once your service is disconnected, a credit for the remaining portion of the current billing cycle will be applied towards any remaining balance. Your jOKER fiBER account will not be terminated until all billing obligations are resolved. If there is a credit balance at the time your account is terminated, it will be refunded to the last used payment method in your jOKER fiBER account.

If your Services included free or paid subscription services other than those provided by jOKER fiBER, jOKER fiBER will stop covering the costs of those services at the time of your account is terminated or suspended. It will be up to you to work with the provider of those services to determine whether you wish to continue subscribing to those services and how you will pay for them.

jOKER fiBER reserves the right to terminate some or all of the services it provides to you at any time, in its sole discretion without notice.
